what to do with enigma codes wolfenstein 2

There'south a NUMBER before 10 columns in each row. Place that number in 1st cavalcade. 2d cavalcade is a consequence of the addition of the NUMBER and 1st column, 3rd is event of the addition of NUMBER and 2d column etc. If a result of improver is more than than 10 so combine information technology's value's numbers together (instance 16 = 1+6 = 7, 12 = 1+2=iii ) and put in in the cavalcade.

This method doesn't seem to be working for the 'code 2' codes. I seem to be unable to find a proper method for cracking these codes. I'd rather not just dial in the codes institute on the net; I want to know how this works.

There seem to be tons of equations scattered through out the game that hint at Engima Code Functions.

I made a thread nigh information technology a few days ago and when I got around to playing with the Enigma Codes I realized that they are probably how you're supposed to figure it out.

Satsun it does work that way for all them. Just the number that is on the correct + whatever the last number y'all put in was. annihilation in a higher place x add to make a single diget number.

So if it says say 8 it would go 8 7 6 5 four 3 two ane 9 This is because 8 + 8 is sixteen which is vii and so forth. It does work that way for all them at least all them I done which is like fourscore%

I would exist interested to encounter what ya hateful link the thread. I guess I totally missed that since I tend to ignore in game equations. Normally they are nonsense. Though it besides could exist you should figure it out after doing the first 1 which is but calculation 1 each time (In hine sight I should have totally figured it out after that.)

Ahh, crap. Funny you mention equations, because I once screenshotted an equation merely for no reason (I thought it was interesting). The equation was eight×ix=72(7+2)=9

I found that equation early on in the prison where in that location'due south a sleeping panzerhund and 2 sleeping soldiers (1 in a chair, i in a bunk).

Well, I think information technology's multiplication. For the superlative row of code two, I multiplied each column by the row number:
2*1=2, 2*2=4, vi, viii, ii*five=10(one+0)=i, 2*6=12(ane+2)=3, five, vii, 9

I don't have any other of the codes completed to examination yet.

Well, I think it's multiplication. For the elevation row of code ii, I multiplied each column by the row number:
2*1=two, 2*ii=4, half-dozen, 8, 2*5=10(i+0)=ane, 2*half dozen=12(1+ii)=iii, v, seven, 9

I don't take any other of the codes completed to test nonetheless.

I have completed the code. That existence said my way I just metioned worked. It had worked for all of the ones thus far tried. It really is that easy just add together the number on the right to the last number yous did. If multimpication works so information technology just so happened to work out that fourth dimension but the equation I gave you works 100% of the time. I know for a fact your equation wouldnt work for the very first lawmaking which is ane ii 3 four 5 6 7 8 9. The number on the correct is 1. if your multiplication code was right then you would become 1 *1 which is of course ane so it would all be i 1 i 1 1 1 1.

Equally nosotros know this is not correct nosotros can sum up your sucess with multiplication to a lucky conincdence. but use what you desire.

I beloved how all these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ peasants sites and videos shows yous the answers to enigma codes and ONLY hither on Steam on second Google search page you tin can discover a solution how to scissure a code on your own.

if (rowNumber * columnNumber < ten) codeSegment = rowNumber * columnNumber;

else codeSegment = (((rowNumber * columnNumber) / ten).flooring) + ((rowNumber * columnNumber) % 10);

Makes sense, ye?

That math is wrong though. nosotros already went over the simple solution to all the problems.

Number on right= X

first slot is simply X, every slot there after is X+ prior slot = current slot. If the electric current slot > ten and so add together the digets to give you lot the correct reply. this works for all codes.

It's not wrong. I just did it in a programming lawmaking format, because it'southward funny to me.

That's pretty nifty. I think I'll go play with Visual Studio.

That's what I noticed every bit well, I found a lot of equations scattered in the game. I wonder if they match upwardly for the enigma machine?

Corrrect. I put the slap-up into a guide. See: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=266140518
